1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 61jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 61jili, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use any part of the 61jili service.

2 Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 61jili Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.

61jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible or if you have provided false information in connection with your eligibility.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 61jili, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited;
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account;
• Not use a false identity, pseudonym, or any information that misrepresents your true identity.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 61jili is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name);
• Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable regulations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 61jili may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.2 Duplicate Accounts

If 61jili determines that a player holds more than one account, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts, and retain any deposits made into duplicate accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 61jili account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 61jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

61jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure above.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your 61jili account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 61jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

61jili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your 61jili account;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section;
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected;
• 61jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

61jili is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or suspend accounts pending investigation where required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

61jili offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and validity periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• 61jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive or use any bonuses or promotional offers.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 61jili Platform — including bingo, slots, live dealer casino games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

7.1 Random Number Generators

All 61jili casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by any external factor, including the size of your bet or your account history.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, odds, and results are subject to the specific rules of the 61jili sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 61jili's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable rules, shall be final and binding.

7.3 Malfunctions

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 61jili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card counting, hole-carding, or any other advantage play technique that is prohibited under the applicable game rules;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 61jili staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorization.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 61jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 61jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 61jili;
• Use any 61jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 61jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

61jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 61jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 61jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

61jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings;

12 Termination & Suspension

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 61jili customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

61jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 61jili, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under the terms of our operating license.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 61jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
